Materials needed:
Polymer standard tools,
Waxed paper and container, 4 black, 4 white, 3 translucent,
2 ea. off white, 2 yellow 1 ea. of purple, red, turq, &
gold.
Optional: You may bring any custom mixed colors too; pre- conditioned and sheeted. Tools; Pasta Machine, work surface, needle tool, ruler, plexi roller, extra C-clamp from hardware store, sanding bowl for water, rubbing alcohol, blade, wire cutters, round and chain nose pliers, 18g wire, caps.
Translucent Basket Weave Cane~My all time favoriate cane to ue inmy work! Peacock Feather~A great cane technique and very versatile as well Bead Shapes and Design~Playtime...Let's make beads outta our canes! Finishing Techniques~We will cover the steps to get that smooooth finish! Wired Pendant~We'll wire up your favorite bead into a pendant to wear home!
“Trouble-shifting” your canes: Bring your completed canes even if you don’t like them, well especially if you don’t like them! I will demo how to morph them into something anew then make a bead out of it for you! |
