We request that you register as soon as possible to ensure that the most people get the most classes they wish. If classes fill up quickly, a second class may be made available if teachers' schedules allow. If classes fill slowly, a class may be dropped, so please email Kelly with your choice(s) ASAP. Class fees may be paid to Kelly at the guild meeting on June 10th, or you can send a check to Kelly at the address below.  Put "Round Robin" at the bottom of the envelope under the address so your check gets priority.

UNTIL your class fees are paid, you are not registered for the class!

If you are unable to contact Kelly with your class choice(s) and registration fee(s) before Round Robin, you may bring in your list of classes and money to Round Robin, but classes may already be filled by paid students.

All students should be at Registration early enough to check in with Kelly, confirm your class schedule and set up at first class

If you have not pre-registered, you will need to be at the church as close to 9:30 as possible to pay for your class(es).

If you have not received confirmation of your class(es), you will also need to be at registration.

Membership to the guild must be paid prior to July to participate.

Last Minute Registration

For those who have not pre-registered: Kelly will be available from 9:30-10:00 to take your list of class choices and class fees. These classes are a great deal, and many classes will probably be filled, so have a second choice ready for each time slot. Please be at the church as close to 9:30 as possible so that everyone can get in, get out and get on with claying!

Set Up 

Allow yourself plenty of time to locate the instructor for your first class and set up your materials. The church will be open early enough to allow us all time to unpack and be sure we have all of our materials. Some classes will have materials available for purchase.
