and mention Sandy Camp to them. This year Rita
Pierce will be in charge of room reservations.
If you need to call Rita, her direct line is 760
782-4235. She is available Monday through Friday
during the day. The costs for your sleeping rooms
are $106.92/night ($99+tax $7.92= $106.92)
and this room can sleep three. WSR board has
decided that they will not allow a 4th
person in the rooms anymore. The cost of the
room is split among the occupants in the room- not
per person, as in other facilities. So it will cost
$35.64 per night/person if you have three in
the room. The rooms are great, have a small
refrigerator and fireplaces for that cozy feeling!
If you want a specific person in the adjoining room,
mention that when you register with WSR and they
will try to accommodate you.

You will be required to pay for your full stay
when you make your reservation at WSR.
No refunds if cancellation occurs 14 days or less
before Sandy Camp. For a cancellation up to 15 days
before Sandy Camp you will be charged for the first
night’s stay only. Your credit card will be
charged 60 days before Sandy Camp, or around August
1st. Reservations must be made by Sept.1,
2008. After that date WSR cannot guarantee that
there will be a room available for you. |
