Rules

NO MOTORIZED PASTA MACHINES MAY BE USED IN THE LARGE TENT You can use them outside or in your room.  If you use them in your room we request that you observe some motorized pasta machine etiquette: check with your neighbor and roommates to be sure it's okay (some folks may need an afternoon nap) and be considerate about the time of day you use it.  Remember that WSR expects quiet time after 10 p.m.

There will be no appliances used other than the ones provided by Sandy Camp

Anyone who arrives early should be advised that the staff will only honor requests if they go through either Ellie Hitchcock, your Sandy CampChairperson. So, if something needs to be adjusted or changed in the tent area, if there's a problem, seek out one of the co-chairs.  This is a request from the Warner Springs Ranch staff.

If you have a disability be aware that the terrain at Warner Springs can be challenging and you might want to take this into consideration before registering. We cannot guarantee assistance in getting around.

If you have any questions feel free to email

Ellie at jhitchc1@san.rr.com or

Tina Goodrich at atmnk@cox.net

DO NOT ASK WARNER SPRINGS STAFF TO MOVE ANYTHING IN THE COMMON AREA

If something needs to be adjusted or changed in the tent area (COMMON AREA)if there's a problem there, seek out one of the co-chairs, Tina Goodrich or Ellie Hitchcock.  This is a request from the Warner Springs Ranch staff.

Warner Springs Ranch does not allow pets on site and there will be NO pets in the tent area unless they are service animals.  If they discover you have a pet with you, you will be fined $50 and be asked to leave. It is a safety issue since there are wild animals that roam the mountains.  If you have a service dog you must present accreditation papers proving that this is a service animal.

Remember that there is no overnight parking in front of the Lodge. If you do so, you will be ticketed.

NO PHOTOGRAPHY AT DEMOS (Marie Segal will be our official demo photographer).  You may take as many photos as you want everywhere except at the demos.  You should be sure to ask artists for permission before taking photos at their workstations.

NO COOKING IS ALLOWED IN ROOMS.  There is a stiff fine for doing so. (Coffee and tea is available in the lodge all day long
