Janet Pitcher, Kelly Steindorf, Gail Woods and Susan Berkowitz will be organizing the Sandy Camp Consignment Store this year.  It will again be in the Ortega Room in the Lodge which is an air-conditioned room.  You may reserve either a half table ($15 for 5 days!) or a full table, as space permits ($35 for 5 days!).  Also the guild will collect 10% of all sales.  This is the only place where selling will be permitted.

Click here to download an application form.

Print application, fill out and mail with check for $15 to address on form

or you may bring them to guild meeting.

On Friday Night we will again have a “Meet the Artist Night” in the store with Victoria Hepfner being in charge.  A change from last year:  all artists who have work in the store should be at their table in the store so that people can actually meet them. Victoria will have classy helpers walking around the store with “refreshments” to share…  There will not be food on a table outside the store this year. Cost of table rental will include cost of refreshments served.

Our “Raffle Queenjjjami Miller will again be running our annual raffles ("opportunity drawings") along with princess syndee holt. If you are interested in donating anything to the "opportunity drawings”, please email Jami with your name and item descriptions.

We will again have a “Bottles of Hope” challenge, with our own Irene Niehorster in charge, Jami Miller giving “supportage” and Bobbi Evans acting as the official cheerleader!. We encourage you to use some of the techniques that you see during the demos to make your Bottles of Hope. We will be taking these polymer clay covered bottles as gifts to cancer patients at a local hospital where they go for their treatments, so please be prepared to part with them. Patients really appreciate the little gift after going through their chemo or radiation.  We will supply the bottles for you to cover. Winners will be announced immediately following the “Family Feast” on Saturday night.

Feast Night is a favorite event, held Saturday evening. This year Warner Springs will be catering our

Mexican Feast. Yummmy! Cost of the feast is included in your registration fee.

Guests and family members will be included when they pay their $25 registration fee.

Oven monitors are there to protect everyone's projects. They make sure items are cured for the proper time.

Please respect our Oven Monitors! They take their time out from their time at Sandy Camp to do this for us.

Do you have some time in your schedule to be one of our monitors?

Susan Berkowitz will be in charge of demos again this year. People who are interested in doing a demo should send a proposal to Susan at berkowitzs@hotmail.com. Susan and her committee will decide on the final candidates
