• Put Sandy Camp in message subject
• No more than 5 images per email
• Images in jpg or gif format
• Each image no larger than 500 kb (help is available, just email webmistress)
• Be positive that subject(s) have given permission for their image(s) to be published
• If images are of demos, be sure that we have permission to publish them
• If this is an event, include that information
